Final Exam (Optional)

Read it carefully and please follow the instructions for sending your exam to me.

You don't have to tell us in advance if you are going to take the final. Just do it and send it in, we will grade the ones we receive and if we don't receive a final from you your grade will be the average of your two papers.

Hello all, Here is the plan for the remainder of Winter Quarter. Final Lecture: I will record my last lecture in an audio file and post it on the website. I will also post the PowerPoint slides, so you can follow along as you listen to the lecture. Review Session : In view of the Chancellor's and EVC's emails yesterday, I have decided to cancel the review session scheduled for Thursday. However. . . Office Hours: . . . I see no reason to cancel office hours, as they involve only small groups. I will have my office hour scheduled for today, 3:30 - 5:00, my regular hour Thursday, 3:30 - 4:30, and I will add two additional hours: Thursday, 4:30 - 5:30, and Friday, 1:00 - 2:00 PM. Final Exam: The final will not be in-class. I have not decided what form it will take, but it will either be a take-home or some form of online exam. Check the website for updates.
